Replace Lost or Damaged Cards and Documents

Registered members can order replacement identification cards, certificates, certification letters and card accessories. Standard UK postage is included, or tracked postage can be added for £8.00. Your registration must be verified before payment.

Secure ordering

We send a six-digit code to the email address held on your registration. Payment is completed securely by PayPal; Assistance Dogs UK does not receive or store your card details.
