Accommodation Support for Assistance-Dog Owners

Registered members can request a personalised supporting letter for a landlord, letting agent, housing provider, hotel, holiday accommodation, student residence or other accommodation provider. The letter can explain the assistance dog’s disability-related role and support a request for reasonable consideration or adjustment.

Each request is reviewed individually. A supporting letter does not guarantee that accommodation will be approved and does not replace any assessment, evidence or specialist requirement that may apply.
